THE FINE ART OF

Craftmanship

Milan Karagic’s consummate devotion to artistic craftsmanship is world-class.

Understanding and meeting exacting standards prompts every step of his distinct Milan Karagic Style.

Milan feels strongly that this adherence to precision is what the finest art both demands and deserves.

As one of Europe’s leading high end post-production artists, Milan transmits all his knowledge and passion when creating art.

Each work of art goes through a special post-production composite process that consists of combining several photographs into one final scene, with the highest possible level of realism in the work, which was obtained through many years of practice and constant learning of work techniques.

Superior precision in the work, which refers to polishing to the smallest details, lighting and colors, allows the finished work of art to be perfectly prepared for printing, with the superior appearance of the final print.

A COMMITMENT TO PROTECT

Edition Integrity

Milan Karagic Fine Art Image Integrity Program was designed to ensure the security and genuineness of every Milan Karagic Fine Art Limited Edition and to minimize the risk of forgery or duplication.

Each certificate is manufactured by Hahnemühle in Germany, and made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemühle watermark and fluorescent security fibres. A serialised numbered hologram is added. A second, identically numbered, paired hologram is then applied to the reverse side of the artwork. Both certificate and print are supplied to the customer, with each serial number recorded with the date and method of production, ensuring that a work can always be traced back to its source of production.

A DEDICATION TO THE DETAILS

Print

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta is a pure cotton paper with an inkjet coating that has been perfectly optimised for the needs of FineArt applications. The natural white paper comes in a pleasant, warm shade of white and contains no optical brighteners. The exquisite surface texture gives the paper a lovely, delicate feel while at the same time lending it an artistic note. In combination with the high-gloss premium inkjet coating, it produces stunning print results with outstanding reproduction of colour and detail, deep blacks and perfect contrasts. The barium sulphate in the coating makes Photo Rag® Baryta a popular alternative to analogue baryta paper. The combination of the cotton artist paper and the high-gloss inkjet coating lends FineArt prints a striking character with a beautiful, elegant sheen, without glare. Photo Rag® Baryta is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance.
